Hi, I’m Joseph. I’ve worked in IT for over ten years, supporting people and systems across healthcare, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and managed service environments. I hold a technical degree in computer networking and security, plus certifications from ISC2, CompTIA, Google, TestOut, and Sophos.

I started IntellGuard because staying safe online shouldn’t require a tech background. Here you’ll find plain-English guides, scam alerts, and simple steps to protect your devices, your money, and your family.
